Eugene McDarby
MBA, ACII, QFA, DipPFS, Dip Insolvency, PIP, Certified Insurance Director
Eugene is a Personal Insolvency Practitioner ( PIP) and Managing Director of UHY Personal and Corporate Insolvency solutions Limited - www.uhyinsolvency.ie. Currently the largest practice in Ireland, with offices in, Balbriggan and Dundalk. Eugene is also Chief Executive Officer of Moneyvillage Ireland Ltd. - www.moneyvillage.ie, the largest debt management company in Ireland.
Eugene is a founding member and Former Twice Chairman of APIP (Association of Personal Insolvency Practitioners) and one of Ireland’s Leading Industry Figures and media commentators on Personal Insolvency.
He has extensive experience in personal Insolvency, bankruptcy, debt management and the financial service Industry, and is a qualified certified Insurance Director.
Eugene previously served as the Chairman of the Dublin region of the LIA.
Declan Cox
PIP, LIB, QFA
Declan is a Personal Insolvency Practitioner (PIP) and joined UHY Personal and Corporate Insolvency in 2015. He has over thirty years’ experience in the Financial Services Industry having previously worked in a number of areas in retail and commercial banking.
He is Qualified Financial Adviser (QFA) and has an expert knowledge of the financial services industry in particular home loans, personal lending and other credit related financial products.
He is based in Mullingar and services our clients throughout the midlands south and north west ofthe country.
Over the past number of years, he has worked with several of our clients to put insolvency arrangements in place.
